Professional assessment
We assess the roof before recommending repair or renovation.
VELTORA ROOF DIAGNOSTIC
A professional roof assessment before deciding which work is actually required.
€149 excl. VAT
Understand the problem before repairing it
A visible leak or defect does not always reveal the real cause. VELTORA Roof Diagnostic examines the roof, identifies vulnerable areas and determines which interventions are genuinely required.
The diagnostic includes
- Travel within the standard VELTORA service area
- Visual roof inspection
- Inspection of roofing or waterproofing membrane
- Inspection of upstands, junctions and vulnerable areas
- Inspection of accessible rainwater outlets
- Inspection of accessible gutters, skylights and penetrations
- Photographs of identified problems
- Identification of probable causes
- Technical recommendations
- Estimate or recommendation of required work
