A roof can develop defects long before a leak becomes visible inside the building. VELTORA Roof Care provides scheduled technical monitoring to identify vulnerable areas and plan necessary work at the right time.
Inspection + preventive maintenance at every visit
VELTORA Roof Care is more than a visual inspection. At every visit we also carry out preventive maintenance of accessible rainwater outlets and vulnerable areas to reduce the risk of water infiltration and help extend the service life of your roof.
What does Roof Care include?
- Complete visual roof inspection
- Inspection of roofing or waterproofing membrane
- Inspection of upstands, junctions and vulnerable areas
- Inspection of rainwater outlets
- Inspection of accessible gutters
- Inspection of skylights, roof windows and penetrations
- Manual clearing of rainwater outlets and their immediate surroundings
- Removal of leaves, small debris and superficial deposits that may restrict water flow
- Light cleaning of accessible gutters when access conditions allow
- Small immediate preventive actions when they can be carried out without specific materials or additional work
- Before / after photographs when preventive maintenance is carried out

Practical maintenance, clearly documented
After every visit you know what was inspected, what preventive maintenance was carried out and which areas may require further work. Photographs help document and monitor the condition of the roof over time.
Not included
Repairs, materials, deep drain or pipe unblocking, complete moss removal, complete or high-pressure roof cleaning, access platforms, scaffolding, rope access and other special access equipment are not included unless expressly stated. These services are quoted separately.
A technical history of your roof
Scheduled inspections allow vulnerable areas to be monitored over time and create a photographic and technical history of the roof.

VELTORA operates in Brussels and the surrounding areas. For multi-site contracts, property portfolios, professional buildings and larger projects, our service area can be extended on request.
Prices exclude VAT. The final price is confirmed according to roof area, roof type, accessibility and building configuration.
